I adapted the Shetland Cockleshell stitch (which I used in Solite Shawl) to be worked in the round. Then, since I like to put beads on everything, I found a way to add them to the ridges of the shells. Of course the pattern includes a mini video tutorial which teaches you how to work the stitch with and without beads.
