This is a stockinette triangle with a nice cable and lace edge.

I have a confession to make…
I hate shawls, I’ve knitted about three shawls through my knitting career and every time I try to knit shawls I get frustrated and just want to throw the work away.
But I got this yarn, this pretty golden yarn and I didn’t know what to do with it so I started to knit, I started to knit a triangle shawl in stockinette, I loved the color and the structure, the stitches came out so pretty.
This was while traveling and when I got home I started to draw some charts, I made cable charts and lace charts even though I’ve never made anything of the sort, it was easy and I realized that this is the SOLUTION of all my stupid shawl problems!
