Nothing wrong with a simple knit, we usually have a small project in between a larger one. Although the Sophie mitt is a great second step project for new knitters, the finished piece is an instant favorite. Last Spring I was caught wearing them outside on a patio having a evening pint. Remember this is Canada, burrr!!!!
