Use any wool, any size needle…whatever you need to obtain the fabric you desire…I used 4 mm needles, with a 2 ply, angora silk blend that was upcycled by a friend!

Gauge: gauge is not important….. what is important is that you like the look and feel of the fabric you have created. I used 4mm Knit Picks circs, for gauge I measured one pattern set, at approx row 9 = 2” wide, and two whole pattern sets = 3.5” high (unblocked swatch was used for measurements.)

My finished sample measured 4’ long and 7” deep, unwashed and unblocked. My sample used 48g…..if I had more wool I would have made it longer and somewhat deeper :D
