Spud
Description from book:
Spud is truly the star of the show, the center of attention, and the scene-stealer whether he likes it or not! I have used the wooly twisted loop stitch on Spud’s body and hair to add depth and dimension to his coat. Spud is loads of fun to knit and even more fun to have around when completed.
We are having a Spud knitalong on the Friends of Spud & Choë group it’s ope to join in anytime: http://www.ravelry.com/discuss/friends-of-spud--chloe/163...
Also, I just completed a video tutorial on how to do the twisted loop stitch for Spud’s wooly coat:

Tip: One more thing, if you are having trouble with your loops going to the back of the fabric try knitting the 2 stitches together through the back loops.
