This pattern is a simple chervon front spat that laces in the back and ties around the foot. There is a very easy repetition to the pattern that can easily be adjusted for other sizes. Back is corseted in design so it can fit a variety of sizes.

19 sts and 28 rows = 4” St st

If you want to block this pattern I would suggest going with a higher % natural fiber. Just be sure to check your gauge - all though there is quite a bit of flexibility since it laces in the back.
