Beautiful modification of Loretta Schepp’s ‘Starburst HotPad Pattern’ modified to include borders so as to be suitable for a 12” afghan block. Directions also include where the tutorials are on joining the 4 blocks to make the center.

Feb 23/13: Since the original Schepp pattern is no longer available online, I’ve included the ‘little blocks’ instruction in the tutorial revision done today.
