Knitted with fingering yarn, this girly top-down lace cardigan is perfect for any season!

There’s a lace pattern on the fronts and back.
Versatile, you can knit short and long sleeves and choose to sew 1, 2, 3 or more buttons. Instructions are provided for all these variations.
The body is knitted flat and sleeves are knitted in the round. Seamless!
Stitch markers separate every section to make it easy for you to remember what to knit and where to knit it.

Lace instructions are available in written and chart forms.

The cardigan comes in 9 sizes :
Nb (3 mo, 6 mo, 1 yo, 2 yo, 4 yo, 6 yo, 8 yo, 10 yo)

Your size’s choice should be based on finished chest measurements. Age label is just there to give a reference.

Materials
• 225 (250, 275, 325, 425, 575, 700, 800, 900) yards of fingering weight yarn or any other yarn that gives gauge (for short sleeves)
• 32” circular needle and double pointed needles (DPNs) US # 3 (3.25 mm) or any size required to obtain the stockinette stitch gauge
• Other : 8 stitch markers, 2 stitch holders, 1 to 3 (or more) 0.75” buttons

This pattern has been tested.
The neck is not as loose as in the testing pictures. Pattern has since been adjusted.
