The hat measures about 21 inches (52 centimeters) around the bottom edge and about 24 inches (60 centimeters) at its widest part. It measures about 
9 inches (23 centimeters) from the bottom to the top.

The yarn used for the hat is from the Loopy Ewe Solid series, but you can substitute it with any light fingering weight yarn that has a yardage of about 420 yards/100 grams.
