Sweet Ragdoll Mermaid
This is my first venture into pattern writing. I’ve really fallen in love with the whole Ragdoll craze so I thought I’d put my own spin on it.
I used about 1 skein of the skin colored yarn, a little less than that for the tail, maybe half a skein or less for the hair (that depends on how much you want to add), a small amount for the bikini top, and a tiny amount of black to embroider the face.
Gage with this pattern isn’t terribly important, as long as the holes aren’t large enough for the stuffing to be seen it’ll be fine. Although I do think tighter stitches look nicest for ragdolls.
I’d like to thank my awesome testers for helping me work out the kinks in this pattern. So a big thanks to
Kathleen Sutton Eggen, Sam Brown, Melissa Gingerich, Courtney Ivany, and A Knotty Habit
I believe I’ve correct all they brought up to me, but it’s possible I just missed some of it. Please let me know if I’ve missed anything. - I hope you enjoy the pattern!
