275, (300, 330, 400, 500)—yards of fingering weight yarn. We used Brown Sheep Cotton Fine (222 yds/50G ball, 100% Cotton), color: Nymph

• US size 1 (2.25mm) and 2 (2.75mm)- 24” circular
• US size 1 (2.25mm) double points
• stitch markers, 4 in one color and 2 in another
• scrap yarn
• 4 buttons, each ½” diameter

Gauge
32 sts, 42 rows= 4” in st st on US size 2 (2.75mm) needles.
30 sts, 48 rows = 4” in garter stitch on US size 1 (2.25mm) needles. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
