INTRODUCTION
“Talking to Bees Cowl” is a cowl that is knitted in the round from the bottom up. You will begin by using your 32” circular needles. Once you finish the color work section and work the first decreases you will switch to the 24” circular needles. Finally you will use the 16” circular needles when there is not enough room for your yarn to fit on the 24” needles. I have included the recommendation to use stitch markers to track your work. Using the stitch markers is optional, except for the beginning of round marker which is necessary. The lace section is both written and charted. The color work section is charted (not written). Once your cowl is complete you will block it and then wear and enjoy it! It is intended to be worn once around the neck as one loop. The upper section is worked with a series of decreases so when it is worn the wrong side of the color work section will not be shown.
