this is a fairly easy pattern to do. I did the border on the sides and the top/bottom with a K1/P1 rib, but you can do any border that you like to do for this, it’s up to you.

9/6/13: this pattern has been updated to have a garter stitch edging, all errors have been corrected. It takes about 1.5 skeins of worsted cotton yarn. And hopefully, this pattern PDF is available again for free.
