The teddy bear pictured in the pattern was made using StyleCraft DK yarn and a 2.0 mm hook. However, you can use whatever yarn and whatever hook you like. The size of the teddy bear will differ, as will the amount of yarn and stuffing that you will need.

I used approximately 70g of Cream yarn, and a small bit of blue to accessorise.
