Tenor/Alto Clef Design
There are several charts available on Ravelry for the treble or bass clef, but what about something for the bassoons, cellos, trombones and violas? Let’s celebrate the less common instruments!
I found a chart for an alto clef, but it was rather large, so I designed my own smaller version, without the stave lines.
You can use the chart on its own, or in a double-knit scarf (pattern provided). If you have not tried this technique, there are lots of good tutorials and videos available on the internet. The pattern itself does not contain detailed technique instructions.
Note: the three yarns linked above are just suggestions…
DK weight is suggested for the scarf, but you can easily use any weight of yarn to incorporate the chart into whatever project you choose.
