About the Pattern:

This circular yoke sweater is based on Muslim architecture found in various mosques across the world. You can find the inspiration for the colorwork in the 8 pointed star and geometric shapes found throughout the yoke. This sweater is knit from the top down and is seamless. Sizing: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) (8, 9, 10, 11, 12)
Please note that there is about 4”/7.5cm of positive ease on the garment, so make sure to choose a size that is 4” bigger than your actual chest measurement.

Suggested yarn: Neighborhood Organic Studio Worsted 100% Merino 200yds/183m - 4oz

You will need the following amounts of Organic Studio Worsted in your main color: 1260yds/1152m (1320yds/1207m, 1460yds/1335m, 1540yds/1408m, 1600yds/1463m, 1660yds/1518m, 1720yds/1573m) (1820yds/1664m, 1880yds/1719m, 2040yds/1865m, 2100yds/1920m, 2160yds/1975m)

You will need the following amounts of Organic Studio Worsted in your contrasting color: 315yds/288m (330yds/301m, 365yds/333m, 385yds/352m, 400yds/366m, 415yds/379m, 430yds/393m) (455yds/416m, 470yds/430m, 510yds/466m, 525yds/480m, 540yds/494m)

Needles:
US size 7 (4.5mm) 16” (40mm) circular needle
US size 7 (4.5mm) DPNs or
US size 7 (4.5mm) 24”+ (40mm+) circular for Magic Loop
US size 6 (4.0mm) DPNs or
US size 6 (4.0mm) 24”+ (40mm+) circular for collars and cuffs
Or needle size needed to achieve gauge

Gauge:
20 sts x 20 rounds in stockinette st in the round, and in color work in the round = 4” x 4” (10cm x 10cm) with US size 7 (4.5mm)
