THE Most Versatile Newsboy Hat
This is by far the most versatile hat pattern because you have so many options. This pattern isn’t just for one hat - it includes instructions on how to make a regular beanie, a newsboy hat, and also a 6-petal flower. People have also made men’s hats using this same pattern - just leave off the flower and you’ll have the perfect newsboy hat for your man.
I like to be able to make a variety of hats from one pattern so I design all my patterns with multiple options.
Other alternative yarn choices: Cotton Yarn or Bernat Softee Chunky
I’ve made this hat with sport weight yarn, Bernat Softee Chunky, Vanna’s Choice, and practically any yarn.

Ch – chain
