A cute little Triangle Cowl for your favourite creature.

March 2015 update!

I’ve heard some people are experiencing happier cats with this cowl! When I first knit this for Babe my best guess at her reaction was that she was going to hate it and hate me, but it wasn’t so! She actually seemed very pleased with herself and a bit less anxious than I had expected. A quiet happy purr and relaxed eyes! I thought maybe she just liked the attention, but I’m hearing that other people are finding the same thing! I did a little bit of research and I hear that swaddling a cat, like you would a baby, calms them right down! I think this cowl might cause the same affect!

Another idea I had for this cowl is if you have an anxious cat or pup, there is a pheromone spray you can buy that you spray on their favourite spot to help them relax there, you could in theory spray this lovely cowl with it to help them calm down. A kitty calming cowl. Just an idea! I have cared for many anxious cats and dogs, and I’ve found pheromone treatments to be very helpful.

The pattern is more of a recipe than anything else. You can use any yarn and needle size to make the little cowl.
