Inspired by the world tree in Norse mythology this shawl is perfect for dancing with the faries in the woods at summer, or simply for keeping warm yet elegant in the winter.
It is my first shawl pattern and I hope that you will enjoy working with it :)

I used Fame Trend, but you could use any fingering/laceweight yarn, or try it with a thicker yarn for a bigger and warmer result. Remember to adjust your needle size! You will need about 420 meters.

The pattern includes charts. If you are not used to working with charts do not hesitate to contact me and i will do my best to instruct you.
Please let me know if you find any mistakes.
Thanks for looking!

It has been brought to my attention that there is a mistake in chart A in the patterns for the Yggdrasil Shawl, from row 32-48.
Row 32 should start with yo, k3 and end with k3, yo (se row 14). In the original chart there is one yarn over and two knitted stitches before the first leaf and after the second in row 32 which makes the highlighted part too long. Changing to 3 stitches moves the leaves closer to each other and that means that we have to shorten the highlighted part. The highlighted part should start after the first SK2P and end after the second SK2P.
The new pdf shows the correct version.
I apologize for any inconvenience that his might have led to.
