This pattern was designed for a Lion Brand Swap on Ravelry. My partner is young and very active during the summer months and I thought a shrug would be perfect for her … she lives in Maryland (not far from me in Virginia) where it is hot (necessitating sleeveless garments) but airconditioning means your shoulders need coverage. This shrug is knit from the neck down with minimal finishing … so you can have this off the needles and on the recipient. The pattern is a general pattern – directions explain how to knit for any size from a Misses Small to XXL!
