This is a cuff down, one circular needle, two stranded pattern up to and including size 15 men’s. Sizing depends on needle size. Some wrapping of floats along the back is required. The medallion between skulls is optional but eliminates a large number of wraps. The “toughness” of the skull motif can be tempered with lighter color choices such as Stroll Ash and Carnation or Stroll Bare and Mermaid to name just a few.

While not an easy pattern, once you get into the rhythm of wrapping, it’s not difficult. The Xs on the chart show where floats were wrapped. Please feel free to customize them. A link is provided at the end of this pattern to a tutorial on two stranded knitting which includes how to wrap floats. And… that’s a wrap.
