Toy Ball Galaxy Spiral Prototypes
The spirals on the ball reminds me of the rings the Jetsons had on everything, so I named them Galaxy Spiral Prototypes to go with the ‘retro-futuristic’ theme.
The 3 dimensional spiral adds a great texture to fascinate the kiddos.
Skill level: Advanced beginner-Intermediate (I think it’s actually fairly easy, but it does take some concentration)
Notions:
U.S. Size E-4 (3.50 mm) hook
Large eyed blunt tipped yarn needle
Stitch marker
Fiberfill stuffing
Worsted weight yarn
This project uses the following techniques:
All terms are U.S.
Chain stitch: (ch)
Single crochet: (sc)
Slip stitch: (sl st)
Single crochet two together decrease: (sc2tog)
Working in back loops only
