This is a great first time lace project. It can be made in lace weight (1200 yards) using a size 6 (4.00 mm) needle, fingering weight (1000 yards) using a size 8 (5.00 mm) needle or a sport weight (850 yards) using a size 9 (5.50 mm) needle.
