There will be a KAL for this pattern starting November 1, 2011 in the Stranded group and everyone is invited to join us. Feel free to sub in your own color and yarn choices, and to change the charts to suit your preferences. The KAL will last at least 6-8 months, so don’t feel pressured to finish in a hurry. Have fun!

I knit this vest as a personal challenge, throwing assorted yarns into a basket and adding one book of patten charts. My challenge was to create a coherent design out of the basket. I hadn’t intended to publish the patten, but I’ve had several requests for copies of my notes so here they are. Hope you enjoy making this as much as I did creating it!
