Värme
“Värme” is Swedish for warmth. Keep your hands and your drink warm (or cold) with a little cabled sweater for your favorite café drink. Värme is knit seamlessly in the round from the top down, with decreases to fit a standard 8-20 oz to-go cup. Cable instructions are written out. Make one for yourself and for your friends!
Yarn: Approximately 90 yards of fingering or sport weight yarn that knits to gauge.
Note on yarn choice: this is meant to fit snuggly on a cup, so a tight and firm knit is best. Try using a slightly thicker yarn with smaller needles to get the proper fit.
Needles: US size 1 (2.25mm) - 40” circular, or dpns. Check gauge.
Yarn used in pictures is Brooklyn Tweed Loft in Hayloft and Long Johns.
