Vida Dulce is knit from the top-down and features raglan sleeves that are adorned with a beautiful and simple to knit lace pattern.

You have multiple options on how to knit your Vida Dulce.

1. Knit the neckline with or without short-row shaping.

2. Knit the body as a regular sweater or as an A-Line shaped sweater that has shirt-tails with an I-Cord finish.

3. Knit the sleeves ¾ length or full-length.

4. Choose from three different neckline finishes - I-Cord, Welt with Ribbing or regular ribbing.

All instructions for all the above options are included in this pattern.

Yarn: 


Fingering Yarn - approx. 950 (1000, 1100, 1200, 1250)(1350, 1450, 1550, 1650) yards/ 870 (915, 1005, 1100, 1150)(1240, 1325, 1420, 1510) m yardage is given for 3/4 length sleeves, for full-length sleeves add 100 yards/90 m, if you choose to knit the A-line shaped body with shirt-tails add 120 yards/110 m of additional yarn.

Gauge: 

24 sts & 36 rows = 4“/10 cm in stockinette stitch on larger sized needles

Needles: 

U.S. 5 (3.75mm) – 24” & 32“ circular needles always use the size needle that gets gauge
U.S. 4 (3.5 mm) – 24” & 32“ circular needles (for ribbing)
U.S. 2 (3 mm) 24“ circular needle
If not using magic loop method:
U.S. 5 (3.75mm) – 16“ circular needles & DPN

Vida Dulce wird top-down (von oben nach unten) gestrickt, mit Raglan Schultern, wobei der Raglan mit einem hübschen, einfach zu stricken, Lochmuster dekoriert ist.

In dieser Anleitung gibt es mehrere Strickoptionen, man kann die Schultern und Auschnitt mit- oder ohne verkürzte Reihen stricken. Auch kann man den Körper von Vida Dulce mit lockerer A-Linie und gerundeten Abschnitt oder mit einem mehr „traditionellen“ Pulli stricken. Ärmel kann man ¾ lang oder in voller Länge stricken. Und für den Halsausschnitt, kann man drei verschiedene Variationen stricken. Alle diese Optionen sind in dieser Anleitung mit einbegriffen.

Größen: 

XXS (XS, S, M, L1)(L2, XL, 2XL, 3XL) passend für Brustumfang von 82 (87, 92, 97, 102) (107, 112, 122, 132) cm.

Garn: 


Fingering/Sockengarnstärke – ca. 870 (915, 1005, 1100, 1150)(1240, 1325, 1420, 1510) m – für lange Ärmel braucht man ca. 90 mehr, für die A-Linie braucht man auch ca. 110 m mehr Garn.

Maschenprobe: 

24M & 36R = 4”/10.16 cm glatt rechts gestrickt mit U.S. 4 (3.5 mm) Nadeln, gewaschen und leicht gespannt.

Nadeln:
U.S. 4 (3.5mm) – 60 cm & 80 cm Rundstricknadeln benutze immer die Nadelgröße in der man die Maschenprobe bekommt
U.S. 3 (3.25mm) – 60 cm & 80 cm Rundstricknadeln
Wenn man nicht die Magic-Loop Methode benutzt, dann braucht man zusätzlich: 3.5mm – 40 cm Rundstricknadeln & Nadelspiel
2 mm 60 cm Rundstricknadeln – um Maschen anzustricken
