A very pretty lace cowl.

The pattern contains both written and charted instructions.

The sample is knitted from Merino extra fine, about 125m / 50 gr. / about. 135 yard / 1,8 oz

• Gauge : 26 Rows and 20 Stitches = approx. 4 x 4 inch
• You need needles size US 4, UK 9 or 10, EU 3,5 (metric).
• The gauge is not important, but please keep in mind that the knitted item will stretch a bit when first washed and blocked.
• The measurements of this sample are about 36 cm long and 9 cm wide / about 14 inch long, 3,5 inch wide, but this depends on the yarn and the size of the needle

You need to know knit two together, slipped and passed over stitches, yarn over and make one right. All stitches have a short instruction.

The yarn,gauge and the size of the needle is not crucial but it will change the size of the cowl.
