As many have already guessed, this is my interpretation of the hat worn by actress Sarah Shahi in the USA series Fairly Legal.

Voleur is a slightly slouchy, seriously cabled hat with two brim sizes to choose from. The 4-page pattern contains full-color photos and written instructions, including detailed descriptions of the stitches and techniques used.

Worth noting: the needles are small (like, sock-knitting small) and the stitches are many, but the reward is great: dense, squishy, head-warming cables that continue all the way to the crown of the hat.
