Voss is a top-down, long-sleeved pullover with a fair isle patterning along the yoke and sleeve cuffs. The yoke motif on this sweater reminds me of Winter days spent outside in the snow and warmer nights relaxing by the fire, snuggled up with a good book or my knitting.

The fair isle instructions are charted. The yoke and sleeve motifs can be worked using one or two contrasting colors. Instructions are provided for both.

Additional charts with no colors are included at the end of the pattern if you wish to color in the charts to match the yarn you’ve chosen.

Two options are offered for the body shaping: straight down/no shaping or minimal waist shaping with a slight flare at the hips. German short rows are used to shape the neckline before and after the yoke pattern is completed. (A video tutorial is included for the German Short Rows.)
