Wakefield Socks

This sock pattern was written in one size but using a thinner or thicker yarn will give smaller or larger socks. It was written as a cuff-down pattern but could easily be converted to toe-up.
This is an easy to remember pattern, but never boring, with meandering zigzag twisted stitches and a bit of lace. There is both a chart and written instructions.
The handspun yarn was about 16-17 wpi, 320 yds for 3.5 oz.
