This pattern was a creation of mine due to not finding a pattern that I really liked. I wanted something simple, that yet had a little pattern to the cuff. I created these cables in a ribbed effect to create the elasticity needed for a mitten cuff. These mittens are adorable once created, yet so easy to make. I love the end result!

1 skein of cream yarn (contrasting color)
1 skein of gray variegated yarn (main color)
Size 5 circular needles
Stitch markers (2 different colors)
Scrap yarn or stitch holder for thumb gusset
Cable needle
Darning needle
Scissors
