This pattern is designed to be an everyday cardigan, whether that be for school, lounging at home, keeping warm on holiday or looking lovely on a cold day.

The size is a one - size age 3 - 5 years, I have found it fitting some three year olds and four year olds, though it seems to be the best fit on a five year old when they’ve grown into it a little more. I love a bit of growing room. The finished garment chest measurement is 70cm.

I used about 250g of yarn in each cardigan, with six buttons in one variation, seven in another. They both look great.
