A cozy cowl with lots of texture!

This was inspired by a similar scarf I saw on ModCloth this winter and made for my little sister for Christmas. At the request of a few of my lovely Ravelry friends I’ve made an attempt to type up my notes into something resembling a pattern.

Pattern Errata:
Increase row should read:
Row 1: K1; (M1, K3) x4; (M1, K2) x7; (M1, K3) x4; M1, K1

Basket Weave Row 5 shoud read:
Row 5: K2; #Slip 2 stitches to cable needle and hold in front, K2, K2 from cable needle#; Repeat from # to last 2 stitches; K2
