Be aware that you’re knitting the pocket upside down: the bound off stitches should be sewn and the cast-on stitches not.

I used safran to dye my yellow yarn a little harder, but it seems a little too spicy I’m afraid.

I attached the arms on row 36 of the body but it was too high, so I reversed the minion before sewing the eyes and the rest.

Modifications:
Grey goggles are made of an i-cord
Straps are made in garter for easier adjustment
legs & booties are made in 1 piece and built like a mini bicolor baby bootie :
