I am making this one for a charity auction at War of the Wings 2013. Note the number of threads dangling at the bottom--these are the separate colors I have to use for the intarsia that becomes the heraldry. This one will have the Atlantian Spike emblem superimposed over the Atlantian Ensign. The border around the face opening is stranded color work.

It’s almost done! Just needs buttons up the front, tassel on the hood and the drawstring cord for the face opening. Darning in the ends is a real pain, but it looks so much better on the inside. I can’t wait to see how it does at the auction!!

Finished! Metal toggle and ring closures for the front, gold luceted cord with small tassels for the face opening, gold tassel at the point of the hood. I like it.
