So while we wait for it to be fix on Ravelry I have found a Pinterest link for the pattern. Geronimo! ^_^

I absolutely ♥ ♥ ♥ my Scarf!
Thank you Rogue1 for starting this wonderful KAL. I had fun and learn quite a lot ^_^

Osgood’s Scarf KAL run by Rogue1

Scarf-O-Matic link!

There’s a crochet version of this Scarf :)

Who is Osgood?

I’m knooking this Scarf but with Osgood’s brighter colours! I’ve noticed that Osgood’s right side has a different colour sequence to the season13 scarf.

Wow! I ordered my yarn on Christmas Day 2013 and received them in the morning of 28/12/2013 ^_^
Very well packaged and great services from Wool Warehouse. I even had a huge Goodmorning smile from my Postlady! ♥

The German video below for K1P1 is amazing!!! She is using my favourite video, Eastern style but she is purling above the cord, which create truer ribs.
Slower to knook for me, but look neater :) Uumm!! I can’t seem to purl like her! I have to lift my loop up in order to slide my hook through. I’m still following her method; Slow but fun!

I’ve done a little sample, in between crocheting my Shawl.
Like Rogue1 I’m slipping all my first stitches. There’s no bumps on the sides with sl1.

Cast on 1/1/2014 @ 12.20am - 3.20am
Hooraahhh!! Happy New Year! Finally, BBC London fireworks over!
Loving the feel of my yarn, so velvety for an acrylic!
Got 28 rows for my midnight knooking!

13.30 - It’s raining, might as well start again ^_^
This is sooooo addictive!! I just want to see how the next colour will look like ^_^

  • Long tail Cast-on 46 stitches
  • sl1, P1, K1, P1, K1, …. end with a purl stitch. Turn. Repeat.
  • Also tucking all tail ends as I change colours.
  • I Knooked the 1st stitch of the new colour so the previous colour doesn’t trail in the new one. No slip on that row.
  • I’ve multiplied Tara’s chart as she stated, only a colour change at the start to match Osgood’s picture.

Geronimo!… Allons-y!

908 Rows!!

Hooha!! Completed all knooking at 22:34 hrs on Jan 25th!! It measures 151 inches.

Cast Off.

Thanks to StarCats, I now have a good colour sequence for the fringes.

Jan 27th - 10 tassels on each end.
Cut a 10” cardboard. Wrap yarn 3x round the card. Remove yarn and fold in half to make a 5” tassels with 12 strands.

Colour sequence on plum side: plum, yellow, mocha, red, yellow, red, grey, mocha, green, plum.

Colour sequence on yellow side: grey, red, yellow, plum, green, plum, cream, mocha, grey, plum.

Once completed there was still a few gaps between some of the fringes. So I run a piece of yarn through the last row just above the knots and gently pull them together.
