I know now, my part of gold is anywhere my yarnboxes are……, well, this gold came right from the fleemarket, where I get my low-buget-super-stylish supplies for my “inglorious basterds” to show them off appropriately!
And, of course, this is a hidden tribute to Christoph Waltz, whose absolutely outstanding performance in Inglorious Basterds was Oscar awarded 2010, the gold he was waiting for almost as long as this vintage-piece was hidden in my closet. Now they both got an unexpected chance for a brilliant revival. No need for him to chase moonbeams either & may his sparkling star rise even higher!
