3 times the charm for my cast on… frustrating when it’s 259 stitches, but I’ve got it started and it’s going very smoothly.

Modifications:

Changed size to 1 - cast on 239 stitches. Works better with my gauge.

Bottom garter border is 3”
Garter band of 5 stitches, then lace pattern of 16 stitches.

11/21: On temp hold since I have some winter knitting to get done and this is clearly for spring/summer.

3/24/19: Back working on this. It’s endless stockinette and I’m in a black hole of knitting.

7/10/19: Okay, it’s time to get this DONE. Picking up stitches for the sleeves…

Both sleeves done and it’s blocking. I love how this fits and it’s perfect for a light summery cardigan.

Modifications for the sleeves: I omitted the lace detail down the sleeves and just did stockinette. I decreased one more time before doing the garter stitch cuff.
