Very easy pattern, just have to watch myself that I don’t accidentally put a ch 1 after the double! Works up fast and is especially nice with a self-striping yarn.

Since the pattern is worked back and forth and not in the round, you get more of the same color yarn in the same area, making the stripes more obvious than if you were working in the round, particularly with a pattern that calls for doubles.
