Love this pattern. I have previously made a version as a gift and am finally getting around to making myself one!

UPDATE 3/30/13: This first time I made this, I messed around with gauge so I could use the yarn I wanted. I ended up making two fronts for a double v-neck (partly because the design took more yarn yardage than I was expecting).

This sweater uses the proper gauge (holding two lengths of yarn together to knit the entire piece), but I still ran out of yarn - thankfully KnitPicks still had the color lot available. But I am beginning to suspect that the yardage listed on the pattern is not quite right!

I really love this design, and may have to make another at some point!
