PM = place marker
SM = slip marker

W&T = wrap and turn OR some other short row method
M1L = add a knit stitch tilted to left
M1R = add a knit stitch tilted to right
M1LP = add a purl stitch tilted to left
M1RP = add a purl stitch tilted to right
COLLAR
Starting from collar. CO 134 sts. Join to knit in the round. Place a beginning of row marker in start of row, k 67 place marker, k to end.
1st row: knit
2nd row: knit 1, purl 1
repeat these two rows for 2 more times, then continue knitting in stockinette stitch.
On 9th row, knit decrease row: k 1, k2tog, k until 1 st before marker, skk, k1, move marker, k1, k2tog, k until 1 st before marker, skk.
After this, continue in stockinette and repeat decrease row on every 15th row for a total of 8 times (= 102 sts). Knit in stockinette until total hight of collar is 35 cm.
SHOULDER PART
On shoulder part increases are first made on every row outside shoulder markers + in back neck markers. Then back neck markers are removed and increases there stopped. After that increases are made on every row outside shoulder markers.
Turn collar so that wrong side is facing outside. Continue knitting in stockinette.
1. row: K3, PM (shoulder), K5, PM (back neck), K34, PM (back neck), K5, PM (shoulder), K2, PM (shoulder), K54 (front piece), PM (shoulder, K1.
Increase row: K to M, SM, M1L, K to M, M1R, SM, K to M, M1R, SM, K to M, M1L, SM, K to end of row.
Repeat this row for a total of 4 times.
Short rows:
1: K to M, SM, M1L, K to M, RM (back neck), K to M, RM (back neck), K to M, M1R, K to M, SM, M1L, K3, W&T.
2: P to M, M1LP, SM, K to M, SM, M1RP, P to M, M1LP, SM, K to M, SM, M1RP, P 3, W&T
Repeat these two rows for a total of 3 times. Knitting every time 3 sts past latest W&T.
Return to knitting in the round in stockinette.
Increase row: K to M, SM, M1L, K to M, M1R, SM, K to M, M1L, SM, K to M, M1R, SM, K to end of row.
Repeat increase row on every row until there’s 80 sts on front and back piece each.
Next, increases for shoulders are stopped and increases for sleeve are started. Shoulder markers are moved so that 6 sts are between them and increases are made inside the markers. First on every row and then on every other row.
Increase row: K to M, RM, K2, M1R, PM, #K to 2 sts before M, M1L, PM, K to M, RM#, K to M, RM, K2, M1R, PM, repeat ## once, K to end of row.
Repeat increase row on every row for a total of 6 times (18 sts per sleeve). Then repeat increase row on every other row for a total of 20 times (58 sts on sleeve).
AT THE SAME TIME, when there is 50 sts on each sleeve start body increases, increasing 1 st outside sleeve markers on every row (4 sts added on every row for body). Make increases on every row for body for a total of 11 times. NOTE! Sleeve increases are stopped before body increases.
After all increases there’s 102 sts on front and back piece and 58 sts on both sleeves.
SEPARATING SLEEVES FROM BODY
On next row separate sleeves from body: K to M, RM, #K to M, RM, place sleeve sts on scrap yarn, cast on 6 sts, PM (underarm), cast on 6 sts#, repeat ## once.
BODY
Knit stockinette until body lenght is 33 cm.
On front side of body:
: #K2, P2#, repeat ## until 2 sts remain before marker, K2, turn work. #P2, K2#, repeat ## until 2 sts remain before marker, P2, turn work. Keep on knitting K2, P2 ribbing for 10 cm. Cast off loosely.
On back side of body:
K2, P2, knit until 4 sts remain before slit, P2, K2, turn work. P2, K2, purl until 4 sts remain before slit, P2, K2 turn work. Continue knitting like this for 9 cm.
: #K2, P2#, repeat ## until 2 sts remain before marker, K2, turn work. #P2, K2#, repeat ## until 2 sts remain before marker, P2, turn work. Keep on knitting K2, P2 ribbing for 10 cm. Cast off loosely.
SLEEVES
Pick up 6 sts from underarm sts cast on for body, PM, pick up 6 sts from underarm sts cast on for body, knit sts from scrap yarn = 70 sleeve sts.
Knit 3 more rows. Knit decrease row:
K2, K2tog, K until 4 sts before end of row, SKK, K2.
:#Knit 8 rows, repeat decrease row#. Repeat these 9 row for 13 more times, 15 decrease rows altogehter (40 sleeve sts left). Sleeve lenght is 40 cm.
RIBBING: #K2, P2#, repeat ## until end of row.
Knit ribbing for 10 cm, cast off sts loosely.
FINISHING
Weave in all yarn ends and block garment to finished size.
