For my daughter, who finds some yarns itchy but likes soft cotton. I used Bendigo’s soft 8 ply cotton in yellow (Daffodil), blue (Tasman Blue), green (Kiwi), pink (Blush), purple (Lavender) and red (Pomegranate). Used a 4mm hook for foundation chain and used 3.5mm for remainder.
Pattern used is simply the pictorial example pattern given on the website, with edges ‘straightened’ using different length stitches, and a shell edging (5tr/dc spaced evenly around).
