Made longwise. Using a 6mm hook, I chained 350 plus two for turning.
I then switched to 4mm hook. For the first row I trebled ((US dc) into the back bump behind the ‘V loops’, to get a nice edge that matches the end row).
The remaining 12 rows were made by simply trebling into the back loop of each V loop. Each row started with a ch 3 which counted as the first treble stitch.
I then dced (sc) around (four dcs in the corners, two dcs in the row spaces on the scarf ends, then one dc in each stitch along the length edges).
