Making this one for my class 17 Dec.

Gauge way too tight and thick with a size 10 needle also the hat was way too small to fit an adult. Ripped and used a size 11 needle and added one more repeat of the pattern. Love the way it is turning out.

I had to pull out a few rows of the chart to make it shorter as it was way over the 7”. Only working 4 garter ridges (8 rows) for the brim.

Bind off 30 in front and work as for large. 14 stitches in each earflap - BO24 between flaps in back.
