The orange is misc - I don’t remember what it is.

After a day of trial and error, here are my mods on clue 4:

I only worked across the 1st 43 sts for the first 3 set-up rows to eliminate the double-garter across clue 1 - NorthKnitter explains it.
I am doing the 11 sts on the inner edge of the shawl in colour A garter & icord to continue from clue 1
I am carrying up the solid A icord from clue 4 along the outside edge
And largely because I am short on colour B but also because I like the 4 garter rows of colour A (everywhere in the pattern) and 2 garter rows of colour B (the single garter ridge in clue 4) I’m doing that
I am still dec every 4th row but on the outside edge, just after the icord
