I modified the original pattern - using 5 ridges of garter stitch between each shell and wave pattern group.

I crocheted a scalloped edge around the entire blanket

I like it very much - it is for my daughter’s partner’s mother Veronica - she hasn’t been very well and it is cold in Toowoomba so hope this keeps her nice and cosy this winter.
