The antlers took me several tries. Here’s what I did for the three prongs:
Inc: K1, (kf&bx2, k1; purl back 5, k5) in next stitch, k1 x2 (19sts)
Purl back all stitches
Dec: as written

That was my only mod, other than using DPNs to knit other pieces in the round.
