My gauge on 4,5 mm needles is 14 sts per 10 cm, so I recalculated the number of sts throughout the jacket.

Knitting the the width of size 2, and adding a few cm to the lengths, because this pattern is a little short.

I added a tractor in duplicate stitch on the chest, and the sleeves are striped. I knit the raglan in intarsia to maintain the stripes of the sleeves all the way to the neck, like this.

It’s a very quick knit, at least compared to my last project. 10 cm of the body done during the first 3 hours knitting.

Day 3: Finished body, started knitting raglan. I cast on sleeve sts in provisional cast on, because I looked forward to knitting the raglan and didn’t want to wait. The sleeves will be knit top-down in the end.

Turned out not to be such a quick project in the end, because I ran out of yarn and cast on something else instead of going straight to the yarn store to get more. Luckily for me the still had a skein in the same dye lot when I got back to buying some more.

In the end I had to sew the last three buttons on after giving the jacket away. It looked like it fit, but the recipient didn’t want to put it on while I was there, so I’m not 100% sure.
