Finished size: 8.5” tall x 8.5” across bottom.

Followed pattern until R20, where I decided to try to decrease some stitches to make the top of the hat easier to close.
For R20, instead of the 3dc, I did (dc, dc2tog). (54 sts)
For R21, I did sc2tog over the 2 dc. (36st)
For R22, I did the leaf st around the first dc of the dc2tog in R20
