10 days to knit. This was not a fast knit, but so worth it. I just love the design of it. I was worried about the “point” before I blocked it; as you can see in the “pre-blocking” photo, the point made this sort of bump. But fortunately, it blocked out nice and smooth.
This pattern called for lace weight yarn, but I wanted to try it in fingering with a bit larger needle. I think it came out fine.
I should note that the test pattern I worked from had some errors in it that made my shawl come out longer than it should have. You can see how it should have come out by going to the pattern page itself.
